Forrest Neil Frank is an American singer, songwriter, and producer from Fulshear, Texas. He rose to fame as one half of the Pop music duo Surfaces and has gone on to have a successful solo career, mainly as a performer of Christian music. He is signed to River House Records, Warner Music Group, and 10K Projects.
