Giveon Dezmann Evans, known mononymously as Giveon, is an American R&B singer and songwriter. He rose to prominence with his feature on Drake's 2020 single "Chicago Freestyle", which peaked at number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100. In March 2020, Giveon released his debut EP Take Time, which has been nominated for Best R&B Album at the forthcoming 2021 Grammy Awards. This was followed by the EP When It's All Said and Done, which peaked at number 93 on the Billboard 200 and number 9 on the Top R&B Albums chart.
