Kim Victoria Fields-Morgan is an American actress and director. Fields is best known for her roles as Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey on the NBC sitcom The Facts of Life (1979–1988), and as Regine Hunter on the Fox sitcom Living Single (1993–1998). She currently stars in the Netflix original series The Upshaws.
